Ready for the humid Ohio summer...

Authentic Indian madras by Nautica. $4.99 at Ohio Thrift. More than I'll usually pay for a thrift shirt, but it was too nice to pass up.

Hechos en Inglaterra.

England-made Dr. Martens for my older boy. He won't grow into them for years, but why pass them up at $3.00?

Wee shoes for the wee ones.

Vintage kids Eastlands and little suede shoes from Baby Gap. About $1.00 a pair at the half-off sale at Ohio Thrift. I'm quite jealous and wish I had a pair of Eastlands just like those for myself!

Chickadees.

Signed and numbered litho from an artist from Nashville. It's called, "Chickadees," and is now lovely wife's favorite piece of wall art. Ohio Thrift. $10.00.

Love thrifting. Love eBay.

Viyella shirt, purchased for $3.69 -- sold on eBay for $23.00. It was a bit too big for me once I got it home and tried it on...what a shame, right?

Tartan & Tweed

Tweed jacket by “Imperial by Haggar” – 100% Wool, USA-made -- $1.99

Eddie Bauer tartan shirt -- $3.99 (it wasn’t half-off day)

The jacket is fantastic. I think it fits me better than jackets and suits I’ve bought off-the-rack at department stores. I saw quite a few blue flannel blazers. They were lovely and I wanted one real bad, but none of them were my size. This, however, was a gem I couldn’t pass up!

Weejuns!

Weejuns for the wife. Made in the USA. $2.49 at Ohio Thrift.

LL Bean gumshoes!

Score! $2.50 at Ohio Thrift! Love their half off sales...
